Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and inquiries at project locations to collect essential information prior to initiating design processes.
  • Convert client specifications into effective Electronic Security System (ESS) designs, providing technical solutions to customer queries.
  • Direct the design and execution of ESS solutions from initial concept through to final implementation.
  • Develop and configure security systems, including central management systems. Generate technical documentation, network schematics, and electrical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to create robust network architectures.
  • Work closely with CAD Developers to ensure accurate drawing updates and modifications.
  • Guarantee that project teams meet established quality standards in their assigned tasks.
  • Supervise quality assurance and quality control for project documentation and deliverables.
  • Lead global installations, integrations, testing, and ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
  • Possession of an active DoD Secret security clearance, with the capability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing solutions for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and Video Management Systems (VMS).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position.
  • Familiarity with UL 2050 and ICD 705 compliance, as well as network infrastructure and architecture.
  • Expertise in various technologies pertinent to the role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in DMP Programming and AMAG Symmetry is preferred.
Travel Requirements
  • Possession of a valid passport.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, both within the continental United States and internationally.
Work Environment
  • Primarily an office setting with occasional travel obligations.
