Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

TYM North America Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our dealer network within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Dealer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing TYM North America dealers in the territory, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned customer base, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of sales initiatives within the territory, utilizing data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on territory sales performance to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in tractor/agricultural equipment sales, with a successful track record in territory management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with an analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, IL).
