Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Herc Rentals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business relationships with companies and individuals within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow revenue through daily visits to customer job sites and offices
  • Develop a network of potential clients and maintain regular contact through phone and internet
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desired results
  • Maintain and exceed sales quotas by renting and selling equipment
  • Understand customer needs and market conditions to provide effective solutions
  • Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify the customer base
  • Support all team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry preferred
Skills
  • Ability to drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

Compensation

$75,000/year to $95,000/year, including uncapped commission, company truck, and fuel card

Please note that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
