Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager at Springs Window Fashions, you will play a crucial part in driving business development with our independent dealer network. Your primary objective will be to grow sales, meet and/or exceed budget, and drive business development opportunities in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategy for territory development, understanding the market landscape and identifying opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sales consultants, indirectly influencing brand preference and ultimately sales.
Analyze financial reporting to identify opportunities for growth and develop competitive analysis, including products, pricing, and overall strengths and weaknesses in the territory.
Collaborate with national account managers on growth strategies for accounts that are part of our national account portfolio.
Participate in industry associations/groups to better understand your market and make network connections, using social selling tactics to leverage your own social media profiles to network.
Requirements:
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of sales experience preferred, with experience selling custom products and/or industry experience strongly preferred.
Excellent sales personality, with a passion for driving sales, sincerity, and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to travel regularly by car and occasionally by commercial airline, with a good driving record and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
