Receptionist and Executive Assistant $24-26/hr

Temp to hire

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Location: Louisville/Boulder Area

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Organize contacts and maintain calendars.
  • Address various requests as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is essential.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Oversee conference room management and office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate maintenance and service requests for the office.
  • Assist in organizing office events and celebrations.
  • Schedule appointments and liaise with vendors.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Welcome visitors and manage the main telephone line.
  • Handle incoming mail and resolve copier issues.
  • Process insurance certificate requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exemplary integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in managing travel logistics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
