The front office serves as the primary hub for all offerings, assisting families with tours, guiding them through the enrollment process, scheduling, and addressing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commit to providing a safe, enjoyable, and results-oriented experience for families.
  • Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and possess comprehensive knowledge of all program offerings.
  • Communicate effectively and courteously through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Conduct facility tours and assist families in navigating the premises.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct sales calls to enhance student enrollment.
  • Complete daily operational tasks while adhering to the established curriculum with a week-by-week focus.
The Customer Service Receptionist reports to the Swim School Manager and the Customer Service & Sales Manager.

Qualifications
  • Background check is mandatory.
  • Must demonstrate reliability and consistency.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective verbal communication are essential.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in administration or sales.
