Customer Service Receptionist

The role of the Front Desk Receptionist is centered around delivering exceptional customer service and addressing the needs of families, ensuring a delightful experience while effectively promoting and finalizing swim lesson enrollments. The Front Desk serves as the primary information hub for all offerings at Bear Paddle Services. This includes guiding families through facility tours, facilitating enrollment processes, scheduling, promoting program offerings, and responding to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to creating a family experience that prioritizes Safety, Enjoyment, and Achievement.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and possess comprehensive knowledge of all program offerings.
- Communicate effectively and courteously through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Conduct tours and assist families in navigating the facility.
- Engage with prospective leads and conduct sales calls to enhance student enrollment.
- Perform daily operational tasks while adhering to the Quarter Curriculum with a specific week-by-week focus.
The Front Desk Specialist reports directly to the Swim School Manager and the Customer Service & Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Background check is mandatory.
- Must demonstrate consistency and reliability.
- Proficient in customer service and effective verbal communication.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in administration or sales.
