Sales and Account Management Professional

SantoSelect seeks an experienced Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence through strategic relationship-building and delivering tailored solutions to our customers.
Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
About the RoleMain Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Utilize a customer-oriented approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver process systems and solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (business management, marketing, plant management experience are also acceptable).
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a sales account manager in automation solutions.
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
