Join Our Team as an Account Development Manager:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at NCW. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving growth in the trades industry.

You'll work closely with our sales and recruitment teams to identify new business opportunities, develop personalized solutions for clients, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, marketing, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a personal book of business within your respective market.
  • Sell NCW services to prospective clients, manage existing accounts, and place candidates on behalf of NCW clients.
  • Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, negotiating employment terms, and more.
  • Tend to onsite management tasks as needed to support your personal book of business.
  • Represent the NCW brand through initiatives like job fairs, networking events, and hiring events.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
