Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the setup of managed accounts within the Advent APX system.
  • Communicate internal issues regarding new accounts effectively.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of data entered into the portfolio accounting system.
  • Conduct research on qualitative and quantitative data for newly funded managed accounts.
  • Organize managed accounts into appropriate groups and composites.
  • Utilize the XTRAC case management system to report and resolve setup issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in investment operations or back-office support is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, macros, and pivot tables.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvement.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed during peak periods.

Work Environment

This position requires participation in a hybrid working model, with specific onsite presence required at designated intervals. The role demands commitment during the busiest season of the year, with expectations to work on all business days except designated federal holidays.
