Your Role's Purpose:

As an Investment Sales Associate (ISA), your main duty will involve consulting with financial advisor clients through phone and virtual meetings. You will deliver valuable market insights, present investment product summaries, and propose portfolio construction strategies to assist financial advisors in meeting their clients' financial objectives. This role provides a unique opportunity to deepen your foundational understanding of the financial sector.

The Investment Sales Development Program is a structured multi-year initiative designed to enhance your foundational knowledge of the financial industry while cultivating essential skills. Throughout each phase, you will collaborate with our intermediary clients to promote the sale of our investment products. As you refine your competencies, you will have the chance to interview for merit-based promotions based on demonstrated proficiency.

The Program's Three Phases Include:

  • Licensing, training, and supporting financial advisor inquiries regarding investment products
  • Proactive client engagement to establish new client relationships and sales opportunities
  • Ownership of a sales territory in partnership with an external sales colleague to drive investment product sales
