Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and operational procedures.
- Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, expense control, and risk management.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively sell and market a broad range of apparel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Store Manager role, with a proven track record of sales success.
- 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role, with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Previous experience working in a commission-oriented environment is a plus.
- Ability to travel to neighboring store locations as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
As a Retail Store Manager at DXL Group, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $30.70, plus a commission rate between 1.5% and 6% based on personal sales volume. You'll also be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on store sales.
