Position Overview

Position Summary:
We are a leading medical organization in search of a dynamic Area Sales Manager.

The selected candidate will be tasked with driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring our innovative medical products are effectively represented in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to stimulate growth in the designated region.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections.
  • Lead, mentor, and assess the performance of the sales team to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and goals.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and ensure sales team members are adequately prepared.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to synchronize sales strategies and solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with major clients.
  • Report on sales outcomes and provide insightful feedback to senior management.
  • Identify and nurture sales potential among team members.
