Employee Benefits Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Benefits Sales Representative to join our team at USI Holdings Corporation. As a Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for cultivating new employee benefits sales talent and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate new employee benefits sales talent
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Source opportunities through calling, COI development, and cross-selling
- Meet annualized new business sales goals of $80K in our target market of companies with 10-50 employee lives
- Participate in USI's industry training and sales support programs
- Positively represent USI in meetings, seminars, trade shows, and networking events
- 3+ years business-to-business sales experience, including calling on senior executives
- Track record of sales success
- Business-to-business sales experience in PEO, Payroll, and HRIS preferred
- College degree preferred
- Personable, highly motivated, and goal-oriented individual
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
