Business Development Manager

Roger West is expanding its sales team and looking for a Business Development Manager - Digital Advertising to join our dynamic and award-winning team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the advertising, marketing, media, or technology industries. Industry knowledge of digital marketing services such as paid media, web development, content strategy, and creative services is also preferred.
This role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to influence decision-making. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team and have a deep passion for advertising and marketing, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, plus commission. The company offers excellent insurance coverage, flexible PTO, and financial benefits including a defined benefit plan (pension).
