Business Development Manager

We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as a generous perks & benefits package for full-time Team Members:

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Lead training sessions and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the team.
- Oversight and successful management of key accounts by the team, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in account management, with a history of managing high-profile clients.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teamsSkills:
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
