About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Business Development Associate to join our team in Tampa. This full-time entry-level position involves working directly with consumers and clients, requiring excellent communication skills and a career-oriented mentality. The ideal candidate will progress into an advanced management training program designed to prepare them for leadership roles in promotional and experimental marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies for key client accounts, focusing on lead generation and promotions.
  • Foster consumer-to-brand connections by interacting with consumers on-site, answering questions, and explaining product/service features.
