Lead Clinical Operations as an RN Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled RN Coordinator to oversee clinical operations on our nursing floors. As a key member of our team, you will assume administrative responsibilities and provide leadership in the absence of the Nurse Manager and/or Director of Nursing.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting charge nurses, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for making clinical rounds, assessing and intervening in crisis situations, and contributing to quality improvement programs.

This role offers a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development. If you have a strong background in nursing and leadership experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Active MA RN license
  • Minimum 2 years in hospital setting or 3-5 years in long-term care
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, staffing)
  • Flexibility to work at both Roslindale and Dedham sites
  • Willingness to educate staff and provide training
  • Competence in nursing skills
  • Ability to work with all personality types
  • B.L.S. Certification required
