Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator is tasked with addressing the needs of patients and their families promptly while upholding a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Responsible for generating reports for management and fostering a culture of service excellence among staff members.
  • Will collaborate effectively as part of the Patient Care Team, taking an active role in ensuring the unit operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Adheres to hospital service standards, with a strong focus on ICARE principles regarding personal conduct, teamwork, and interactions between staff and patients.
Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in essential software applications including Excel, Microsoft Word, Access, Kronos, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Able to cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere and function as a supportive team member.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Independent judgment is necessary for organizing tasks and establishing priorities.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
  • Exhibits flexibility and a willingness to adapt to various roles within the unit-based team.
