Team and Position Summary

We are in search of an Administrative Analyst to become part of our Forensic Architecture and Engineering division. This role presents a distinctive opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a diverse skill set to engage with the Forensic Architecture & Engineering team, whose duties extend beyond those of a conventional Administrative Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of administrative functions while being adaptable and a strategic thinker capable of handling various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Assistance for Forensic Architecture & Engineering Personnel

  • Facilitate the initiation of new projects, including assessing if preliminary information is adequate and reaching out to clients for necessary details.
  • Oversee and update project/assignment data across multiple computing platforms – including following up with team members to gather missing and required information.
  • Aid in scheduling project appointments such as site evaluations or depositions.
  • Support project file organization.
  • Assist in the production of project files for subpoenas.
  • Contribute to special projects.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required.
  • Work during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
  • Collaborate with colleagues performing similar functions across different time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity, including data entry and management.
  • Experience in the property loss insurance sector is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Team-oriented – must collaborate effectively with others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Demonstrated job stability.
  • Must have a suitable home office setup if working remotely.
  • Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time hours (8:00am-5:00pm (PST)).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college degree is preferred.

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $25.00. Any offered salary range is based on various factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, location, role scope, and management responsibilities.
