Position Overview:
As a Brokerage Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding our product offerings and the trade lifecycle. Your collaboration with various teams, including business, middle office, and engineering, will be essential in achieving shared objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and trade lifecycle through collaboration with business units and technical teams.
  • Work alongside a team of brokerage and execution specialists to provide exceptional client service while effectively managing exposure risks.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prioritize stakeholder engagement to enhance delivery towards established business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process and control enhancements by utilizing evolving tools to ensure scalability without introducing new risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate complex issues to a diverse range of internal clients.
  • Self-driven and proactive team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving under pressure in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in banking, custody, and clearing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with established procedures and processes.
  • Experience with SalesForce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of asset transfers, asset servicing, portfolio management, and/or clearing operations.
  • Operational understanding of the custody and clearing business model, including associated products and process flows.
