Team and Position Summary
We are in search of an Administrative Analyst to become a part of our Forensic Architecture and Engineering division. This position presents a distinctive opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a diverse skill set to engage with the Forensic Architecture & Engineering team, whose duties extend beyond conventional Administrative Analyst roles. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of administrative tasks while demonstrating flexibility and strategic thinking to manage a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Forensic Architecture & Engineering personnel.
- Assist in the initiation of new projects, including assessing if initial data is adequate and reaching out to clients for necessary information.
- Oversee and maintain project and assignment data across various computing platforms, including following up with staff to gather missing information.
- Facilitate project scheduling, including site visits and depositions.
- Organize project files efficiently.
- Assist in the production of project files for subpoenas.
- Support special projects as required.
- Deliver general administrative assistance as needed.
- Work during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
- Collaborate with colleagues in different time zones performing similar functions.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative capacity, including data entry and management.
- Experience in the property loss insurance sector is essential.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- A collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with an openness to adopting new technologies.
- Demonstrated job stability.
- Must have a suitable home office setup if working remotely.
- Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time hours (8:00am-5:00pm PST).
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $25.00 per hour. Any offered salary range is based on various factors, including skill set, experience, training, location, role scope, and management responsibilities.
