Job Summary

The perfect candidate for this position will be innovative, highly motivated, and possess a diverse skill set. Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the team, organizing project files, scheduling meetings, and delivering general administrative support as required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the initiation of new projects and reach out to clients for necessary information.
  • Oversee and update project/assignment details across various digital platforms.
  • Assist with special initiatives and offer general administrative assistance.
  • Work during Pacific Time Zone business hours and collaborate with team members across different time zones.
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within the insurance or legal services sectors.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational abilities.
