Senior Project Manager - Construction Services

$165,000-$180,000 Base Salary plus Benefits

We Search People is collaborating with a prominent Owner's Representative seeking a Senior Project Manager to enhance their team. This organization is renowned for its expertise in Multi-family developments within the Greater Seattle region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Coordinate with the safety team to ensure compliance with local regulations at all job sites
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at all project locations
  • Oversee the quality of work to ensure adherence to company standards
  • Exemplify leadership for all team members involved in each project
  • Prepare daily progress reports on project status
  • Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining high standards
  • Offer technical guidance to junior team members
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management team
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and the Owner
  • Participate in management meetings
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Construction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a comparable role
  • Proficient in relevant software applications (Microsoft & Timberline)
  • Experience in managing site safety protocols
