Job Summary

Shannon & Wilson is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, greeting guests, and responding to emails.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff at all levels.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
