ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC is in search of a qualified Program Analyst to enhance our operations.

The selected candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the planning, development, organization, and execution of the Command's Counter-TCO program Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives, which encompass Requirements Development, Change Management, Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) efforts, and the administration of internal control/self-assessment programs.
  • Oversee the management and execution of the CPI program and its improvement cycle.
  • Assist teams in the planning, scheduling, and execution of CPI events.
  • Identify and procure necessary resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure mission objectives are achieved.
  • Analyze metrics and evaluation tools to ensure timely actions and critical reviews of the team's activities.
  • Review submissions for approval from team members and provide recommendations for enhancements in both the work produced and the methodologies employed.
  • Assess and propose strategies for enhancing the quality and efficiency of the team's outputs.

This position provides a salary range of $91,000.00 - $126,000.00, influenced by experience, seniority, geographic location, and other legally permissible factors. Benefits may include healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), educational assistance, and paid time off, including PTO, holidays, and any other legally mandated paid leave.

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • This position requires on-site presence.
  • Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is essential.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, program management, or quality management is necessary.
  • 2 years of experience in continuous process improvement is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of government fiscal planning, programming, budgeting, and execution is required.
