The responsibilities of the selected candidate will encompass:

  • Facilitating the planning, development, organization, and execution of the Command's Counter-TCO program Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives, which include Requirements Development Process, Change Management Process, Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) efforts, along with the management of internal control/self-assessment programs.
  • Overseeing the management and implementation of the CPI program and its improvement cycle.
  • Assisting teams in the development, scheduling, and execution of CPI events.
  • Identifying and requesting necessary resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure mission objectives are achieved.
  • Evaluating metrics and analytical tools to guarantee timely actions and critical reviews of the team's efforts.
  • Reviewing work submitted for approval by team members and providing recommendations for enhancements, whether in the work itself or the methodologies employed.
  • Determining and suggesting strategies for improving the quality and efficiency of the team's output.

We prioritize the well-being of our employees, offering competitive compensation and benefits packages. The compensation for this position ranges from $91,000.00 to $126,000.00, based on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other legally permissible factors. Benefits may include healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), educational assistance, and paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other legally mandated paid leave.

Qualified candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  • This position requires onsite presence.
  • An active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, program management, or quality management is essential.
  • 2 years of experience in continuous process improvement is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of government fiscal planning, programming, budgeting, and execution is crucial.
