Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Senior Security Program Analyst to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to embark on a fulfilling career within ManTech.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The Senior Security Program Analyst will offer program security assistance to the NRO Office of Security and Counterintelligence, executing assigned tasks in support of a multifaceted and intricate organization.

Address a variety of security challenges across physical, personnel, operational, technical, information, industrial, and information system security domains.

Provide guidance to defense contractors in all aspects of industrial security.

Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift frequently.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Position Requirements:**

High School Diploma with 15 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 5 years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 12 years of experience.

Possess extensive experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) security across various security disciplines.

Ability to address high-level, complex, or sensitive security matters with thoroughness and discretion.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.

Proven ability to cultivate effective working relationships with other Government Agencies and mission partners.

Experience in identifying and evaluating multiple sources for classification determinations.

Significant experience in providing risk-managed security recommendations to program managers, facilitating secure and successful mission outcomes.

Capability to manage intricate security classification challenges.

Ability to analyze complex information independently, take appropriate actions, and review and endorse recommendations from others.

Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating with individuals or large groups.

Must be able to engage and communicate effectively with senior government officials.

Consistently deliver clear and impactful briefings/presentations on complex subjects to diverse audiences, including high-level decision-makers.

Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage both long-term projects and immediate tasks.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with industrial security teams.

Familiarity with implementing Intelligence Community Directives as well as NRO Directives and Instructions.

Ability to provide guidance to junior security personnel effectively.

**Security Requirements:**

Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

**Physical Requirements:**

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time.

Must be capable of communicating and exchanging information with peers and senior personnel.

Must be able to continuously utilize a computer and other office productivity devices or machinery.

The projected compensation range for this position is $88,000-$146,300. Various factors can influence the final salary/hourly rate, including Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies aligned with the specified role, geographic location, education, and certifications.
