LinQuest Corporation is in search of a highly experienced Senior Programming / Financial Management Analyst to provide essential support to the Space Operations Command (SpOC) S8Z as part of the Black Bear contract.
Key Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a variety of financial management and programming tasks, including:
- Facilitating the development of the SAP/SPRG space/cyber Program Objective Memorandum (POM) by managing the POM cycle and training relevant leads.
- Recording and analyzing resource management data with a focus on analytics.
- Documenting and responding to both recurring and ad hoc transactions, staff actions, and requests for information (RFIs).
- Conducting research and analysis on substantive issues requiring interpretation and decision-making from SpOC; participating in program reviews.
- Maintaining comprehensive records to track financial modifications and program status.
- Advocating for SpOC space/cyber SPRG Science and Technology initiatives.
- Administering SAP/SAR budget tasks and performing cost and economic analyses.
- Engaging in budget formulation activities, including analyzing budget estimates and contributing to the development of the annual Financial Plan.
- Supporting various program requirements and planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in POM, with at least 5 years working on SPRG programs at various command levels.
- Expertise in corporate processes and procedures relevant to SF/SpOC.
- Proficiency in developing and executing POM plans, budget estimates, and defense strategies.
- Experience in responding to various budget-related documents and congressional inquiries.
- Familiarity with budget and accounting tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of national security strategies and related programs.
- An active TS/SCI (SAP/SAR Eligible) clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's Degree in financial management, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from approximately $100,000 to $110,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
