The chosen candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the planning, development, organization, and execution of the Command's Counter-TCO program Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives, including Requirements Development Process, Change Management Process, Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) efforts, and oversight of internal control/self-assessment programs.
  • Assist in the management and execution of the CPI program and its improvement cycle.
  • Support teams in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of CPI events.
  • Identify and procure necessary resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure the successful completion of the team's objectives.
  • Analyze metrics and evaluation tools to guarantee that the team's actions are timely and assessed at critical junctures.
  • Review submissions for approval from team members and provide recommendations for enhancements, whether in the work itself or the methodologies employed to achieve the work.
  • Identify and propose strategies for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the team's output.

This position offers a salary range of $91,000.00 - $126,000.00, contingent upon experience, seniority, geographic location, and other legally permissible factors. Benefits may include healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); educational assistance; and paid time off, including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave mandated by law.

Qualified candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  • This is an onsite program analyst role.
  • Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, program management, or quality management is essential.
  • 2 years of experience in continuous process improvement is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of government fiscal planning, programming, budgeting, and execution is required.
