Developmental Pathways is in search of a committed and skilled Clinical Supervisor to enhance our dedicated team. This position offers full-time employment with adaptable scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct goal-oriented observations, assess, and provide constructive feedback on the execution of behavioral services in person.
  • Develop and implement behavioral and educational strategies and resources to enhance skills (e.g., PEAK, DTT, token economy, PECS, task analysis).
  • Analyze and interpret data regarding each client's progress to promote socially significant behaviors.
  • Design individualized programs tailored to each client's specific needs and deficits. Collaborate with assessors to ensure adherence to ABA age guidelines for comprehensive care planning.
  • Guarantee that clients have a care plan established within two weeks of service authorization. Ensure programming is updated and organized, including adequate data, procedure guides, daily summaries, and amendments.
  • Organize, coordinate, and participate in weekly and monthly team meetings. Monitor and track ABA contract fulfillment, administrative hours, and non-billable and indirect session hours for clinical efficiency.
  • Educate staff on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (evidence-based practices) and their connection to contract fulfillment.
  • Provide continuous training to BCBAs on program execution, data collection techniques, current autism research, professional conduct, and competency completion.
  • Ensure all programs incorporate Parent Education objectives; train technicians to assist parents in applying these goals during sessions.
  • Collaborate with caregivers/parents to develop materials (e.g., token economy, visual schedules, behavior checklists, behavior contracts, etc.).
  • Meet regularly with Clinical Director(s) to review clinical competencies.
  • Conduct evaluations of BCBAs, Program Managers, and Behavior Technicians regularly and provide feedback on staff performance.
  • Communicate clinical concerns and requirements promptly to client supervisors via phone, email, or scheduled meetings.
  • Offer consultation to caregivers/parents utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis principles and Behavior Reduction strategies.
  • Identify obstacles to effective service delivery and arrange meetings to collaborate on solutions.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices; analyze data to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of all programs.
  • Adhere to all deadlines, including submission of contract outcomes, technician evaluations, staff schedules, progress reports, assessments, and additional assigned projects.
  • Generate professional reports and assessments that clearly illustrate clients' skills, progress, and parent education goals, including visual graphs, measurable objectives, and objectively written summaries.
  • Maintain accurate time records in the client scheduling/staff time reporting system, ensuring the accuracy of client schedules, session notes, and rendered hours.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and excellent time management skills to optimize contracts.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related Social Science field.
  • BCBA certification for a minimum of 5 years.
  • At least 7 years of experience working with children and parents with disabilities.
  • Professional experience in supervising, training, and mentoring staff in ABA within a treatment environment.
  • Experience in writing session notes, progress reports, assessment reports, and graphing.
  • Strong understanding of advanced ABA principles (DTT, PRT, Verbal Behavior).
  • Prior experience conducting functional behavioral analyses (FBA).
  • Knowledge of developmental milestones from ages 12 months to 18 years.
  • Ability to serve culturally and linguistically diverse families in various socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Comfortable working in homes of families with limited resources.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend, crouch, walk, and engage in play for extended periods. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs without assistance.
  • Enjoy working with individuals of diverse ages, races, and backgrounds.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays as needed to address client needs and urgent matters.
  • Willingness to work with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings as necessary.
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year
