Role Responsibilities...
As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Hidden Treasures, your role will involve assisting clients with daily activities, monitoring behavioral patterns, documenting progress, and maintaining communication with families. This is a fulfilling position where you will play a crucial role in a child's care team, witnessing the positive impact of your efforts on their development.
Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $22-$25/hr
Key Duties...
- Deliver in-person behavioral intervention services
- Execute behavior intervention and skill acquisition strategies
- Gather, document, and verify client data
- Compose notes and adhere to plans created by a BCBA for skill development and behavior modification
- Engage in both large and small group training sessions
- Implement strategies to foster skills such as social interaction, daily living, communication, and foundational academic skills
Qualifications...
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of a background check
- TB testing is mandatory
- Covid Vaccination or weekly testing required
- CPR Certification (can be obtained during onboarding)
- Preferred: Minimum of 6 months experience in ABA
- RBT Certification is advantageous
