Key Responsibilities
  • Behavioral Program Development: Develop and implement behavioral programs to support the needs of our students, including assessment, training, and consultation.
  • Training and Consultation: Provide training and consultation to our staff on behavioral strategies, including functional behavior analysis and behavior support plans.
  • Individual Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individual treatment plans for students, including behavioral goals and objectives.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on student behavior, including functional behavior analysis and behavior support plans.
  • Parent and Professional Education: Provide education and training to parents and professionals on behavioral topics, including speaking appearances, Zoom presentations, and written communication.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead or oversee parent support and education groups, and contribute to weekly school bulletins with tips and articles on positive behavior support strategies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field required; Master's degree in Behavior Analysis preferred.
  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience: Specialization in Autism treatment and intervention; 3 years of experience working with the population; educational or clinical background.
