Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting children with autism and other developmental disabilities in inclusive education settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for children in inclusive education settings.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and other staff members on behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and develop reports to inform behavior intervention plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in behavior intervention and inclusive education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, or a related field).
  • 1 year of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
