Job Overview

A Program Manager operates in the field as the primary case supervisor and leader, excelling in daily case management tasks. This includes the development and oversight of clinical programs, supervising Behavior Interventionists, and providing education and training for client caregivers. Candidates must be prepared to travel 30 to 60 miles daily and supervise client sessions during weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM, with occasional weekend availability.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Progress towards BCBA certification preferred
  • Strong skills in ABA and clinical practices
  • Self-motivated with a consistent and reliable approach to scheduling client appointments and team meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient time management abilities, balancing billable and non-billable hours effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Team-oriented with a customer service mindset
  • Able to provide and receive constructive feedback
  • Bilingual abilities are valued
