Role Responsibilities...
As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Hidden Treasures, your role will involve assisting clients with daily activities, observing behaviors, documenting, and gathering data on client progress, as well as maintaining communication with families. This is a fulfilling position where you will play a crucial role in a child's care team and witness the positive changes you help facilitate.
Key Duties Include...
- Delivering direct behavior intervention services
- Executing behavior intervention and skill development plans
- Collecting, documenting, and validating data
- Writing reports and adhering to plans established by a BCBA for skill enhancement and behavior modification
- Engaging in both large and small group training sessions
- Implementing strategies to foster skills such as social interaction, daily living, communication, and foundational academic skills
Qualifications...
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of a background check
- TB screening required
- Covid Vaccination or weekly testing
- CPR Certification (available during onboarding)
- Preferred: Minimum of 6 months experience in ABA
- RBT Certification is advantageous
