We are seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in various settings, including home and educational environments. Role Responsibilities...

As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Hidden Treasures, your role will involve assisting clients with daily activities, observing behaviors, documenting, and gathering data on client progress, while maintaining communication with families. This position is fulfilling as you will play a crucial role in a child's care team and witness the positive changes you help facilitate.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Compensation: $22-$25 per hour

Key Duties...

  • Deliver direct behavior intervention services in person
  • Execute behavior intervention and skill development plans
  • Collect, document, and verify client data
  • Maintain detailed notes and adhere to plans established by a BCBA for skill enhancement and behavior modification
  • Engage in both large and small group training sessions
  • Implement strategies to foster skills such as social interaction, daily living, communication, and foundational academic skills

Qualifications...

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • TB screening required
  • Covid Vaccination or weekly testing required
  • CPR Certification (available during onboarding)
  • Preferred: Minimum of 6 months experience in ABA
  • RBT Certification is advantageous
