We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Developmental Pathways Inc. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing in-home support to children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement individualized behavior plans for clients in their homes, under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide parent training and education to support the client's families and promote their advancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with BCBA-level staff to execute plans, collect data, and provide ongoing support to clients and their families.
- Work a part-time schedule, with flexibility to accommodate client and family needs.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and their families.
- Competitive hourly rate of $24.00.
- Structured virtual training program, starting on Day 1.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel to client homes.
- Benefits package, including paid sick leave and opportunities for medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
- Advancement opportunities, including supervision for Registered Behavior Technician training and certification, and consideration for other roles within the company.

Requirements:- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
- Age 18 or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
- Experience playing with children and good communication skills.
- Desire for continued learning and willingness to receive instruction and feedback.
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields is a plus.
- Bilingual applicants are highly preferred.
