Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to work one-on-one with clients, implementing our child-centric therapy model in home, school, and community environments. As a member of our team, you will receive personalized mentorship and professional growth opportunities while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our child-centric therapy model in home, school, and community environments
  • Work one-on-one with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality care and client progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Interest in and previous experience interacting with children in a working capacity
  • Part-time position: Minimum availability of three weekdays per week, from 3-7pm, and two days from 8am-12pm or 11:30am-3pm, or five weekdays per week from 3-7pm
  • Full-time position: Availability Monday-Friday from 8am-7pm
  • Reliable vehicle, valid in-state driver's license, and insurance
  • Ability to navigate online platforms as an employee of a tech-forward company
