Job Title: Account Representative I

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Representative I to join our team at Heritage Environmental Services. As an Account Representative I, you will be responsible for outside sales, new business development, and account management with assigned accounts or customers to support all business services for Heritage and in achieving its revenue and profitability goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
* Increase sales revenue and profit dollars by identifying potential new accounts and soliciting orders through personal sales calls to explain services, assess potential customer needs.
* Increase sales revenue and profit dollars of existing accounts through regular contact with customers, continued communication about other available services.
* Foster sales relationships with target accounts.
* Prepare, submit and interpret periodic reports on activities, sales volume and expenses.
* Attend and participate in sales meetings and training programs; represent company at trade shows and conventions, Chamber of Commerce and professional associations.
* Keep informed on major environmental regulatory changes and industry trends as well as competitive conditions.
* Demonstrate ability to adapt to CORE business and customer categorization.
* Demonstrate ability to manage DSO's to
