About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to join our team at Phoenix Staff Inc. as Vice President of Sales. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual contributor who can drive strategic growth initiatives and lead high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage deep SaaS sales experience and knowledge of digital engagement and process automation solutions in healthcare to develop and execute sales strategies that fuel rapid growth.
  • Establish and manage a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture centered on achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Develop and personally manage high-value accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional relationship management.
  • Formulate both short- and long-term growth strategies to secure immediate wins and sustainable revenue increases.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of surpassing sales goals. Additionally, you will need strong skills in communication, organization, and relationship management, along with a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, bonuses, and stock options. You will also enjoy comprehensive health coverage and a 401K plan from day one. This is a full-time position based in Burlington, MA, with a hybrid work environment.
