The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll drive the entire sales cycle, targeting enterprise clients with 3,000+ employees. You will engage high-level decision-makers such as Directors, VPs of Marketing and Brand Strategy, and CMOs. Expect a balanced lead flow from both inbound marketing and personal prospecting.
50% of leads are self-sourced with the other 50% coming from BDR and marketing team
Quota: $1M
Deal Size: $75K - $300K
Sales Cycle: 3-4 months
Ideal Candidate:
You have 4-8 years of SaaS closing experience with a history of closing deals between $100k-$200k and selling to organizations with 1,000+ employees
You bring gravitas, resilience, and a strong track record of professional growth
*can get to the office (outside of Boston) 3 days/week
Compensation: $110K - $125K (DOE) / OTE: $220K - $225K (uncapped)
