OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Knowledge of payroll and HRIS (human resources information systems) concepts would be advantageous.


ROLE EXPECTATIONS

In this position, you will oversee all facets of our recruitment processes, striving to create a seamless and efficient experience for candidates. Utilizing various recruitment channels, you will actively seek, identify, and engage qualified individuals. You will conduct thorough evaluations and participate in the interview process to assess candidate suitability for both the role and our organization.

This is a highly collaborative position where you will work closely with hiring managers and our HR team throughout the recruitment journey. You will maintain regular communication with candidates, addressing any inquiries they may have. Once a candidate is selected, you will facilitate the onboarding process and assist them in acclimating to their new role. Additionally, you will engage in proactive sourcing activities to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings.
