Objective of the Role:
The primary goal of this position is to ensure operational excellence by effectively coordinating training, resource mobilizations, and supporting documentation in alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate resource requirements in collaboration with clients.
  • Identify and plan necessary training for resources.
  • Support the recruitment process for talent acquisition.
  • Review and respond to Customer Performance Reviews.
  • Manage first and second level disciplinary actions related to technician performance.
  • Engage in meetings with clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Update new job entries in the payroll system.
  • Review and manage timesheets.
  • Maintain the Timesheet Issues List.
  • Oversee the Manpower Report and Timesheet Process.
  • Evaluate pay advance requests and submit them for approval.
  • Handle inquiries from resources and clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new hires in similar positions.

Access and Permissions:

  • Access to necessary IT systems to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Authority to assess on-site T&M personnel.

Success Metrics:

  • Improvement in technician retention rates.
  • Expansion of the T&M resource team.
  • Adherence to corporate standards and guidelines.

Travel Requirements:
Up to 30% travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in resource coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the wind energy sector, including relevant standards and certifications.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office applications.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
