Job Overview:


The primary responsibility of the Service Desk Technician is to ensure optimal computer functionality to support the Sales team in achieving their operational goals.

This role involves receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and effectively resolving user assistance requests.

Problem-solving may require utilizing diagnostic tools and help request tracking systems, as well as providing direct, hands-on support at the desktop level.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver onsite technical assistance for crucial meetings with clients related to sales.
  • Handle incoming support requests from the Sales team with professionalism.
  • Record all relevant user identification details, including name, department, contact information, and nature of the issue.
  • Establish rapport and gather detailed information from help desk customers.
  • Assist with Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment (TVs, projectors, etc.), printing, and basic account access problems.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to facilitate troubleshooting.
  • Familiarize yourself with the software and hardware utilized and supported by the organization.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-resolution of support requests.
