Role Responsibilities:

The Healthcare Support Specialist will execute a variety of clinical duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Register patients for their visits
  • Gather medical histories
  • Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after treatments as necessary
  • Maintain and update patient medical records
  • Utilize software applications for data management
  • Conduct patient evaluations
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Manage document organization, scanning, and filing
  • Coordinate patient scheduling

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Full-Time Commitment

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through a recognized national certifying body is mandatory
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office/Teams
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
