Role Responsibilities:
The Healthcare Support Specialist will execute a variety of clinical duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Key responsibilities include:
- Register patients for their visits
- Gather medical histories
- Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after treatments as necessary
- Maintain and update patient medical records
- Utilize software applications for data management
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Handle incoming calls
- Manage document organization, scanning, and filing
- Coordinate patient scheduling
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Full-Time Commitment
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through a recognized national certifying body is mandatory
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office/Teams
- Exceptional customer service abilities
