Job Overview:


The role of the Service Desk Technician is to guarantee optimal computer functionality to support the Sales team in achieving their operational goals.

This encompasses receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively addressing end-user assistance requests.

Problem resolution may necessitate the use of diagnostic tools and help request tracking systems, as well as in-person, hands-on support at the desktop level.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical assistance for crucial meetings with clients related to sales.
  • Respond to incoming support requests from the Sales team in a professional manner.
  • Document all relevant end-user identification details, including name, department, contact information, and nature of the issue.
  • Establish rapport and gather detailed information regarding problems from help desk/desktop users.
  • Assist with Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment (TVs, projectors, etc.), printing, and basic account access challenges.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to facilitate troubleshooting.
  • Identify and familiarize oneself with the software and hardware utilized and supported by the organization.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-resolution of support requests.
