Objective of the Role:
The primary goal of this position is to ensure operational efficiency by managing training, resource allocation, and documentation in alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate resource requirements in collaboration with clients.
  • Identify and schedule training needs for personnel.
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts.
  • Review and respond to Customer Performance Evaluations.
  • Manage initial and secondary disciplinary actions related to technician performance.
  • Engage in meetings with clients, both virtually and in-person.
  • Update job entries in the payroll system (Paylocity).
  • Review and manage timesheets.
  • Maintain the Timesheet Issues List.
  • Oversee the Manpower Report & Timesheet Process.
  • Evaluate pay advance requests and forward to the President.
  • Handle inquiries from resources and clients.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Support the training of new employees in similar positions.

Access and Permissions:

  • Authorized access to IT systems necessary for fulfilling job responsibilities.
  • Permission to assess on-site T&M personnel.

Success Metrics:

  • Ongoing improvement in technician retention rates.
  • Expansion of the T&M resource team.
  • Adherence to corporate standards and protocols.

Travel Requirements:
Up to 30% travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in resource coordination or a comparable role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wind energy sector, including relevant standards and certifications (e.g., NFPA 70E, GWO, Rigging, Crane Calling).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
