About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue managers to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on a regular basis.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of front office operations.
What We Offer
The Hilton Santa Clara offers a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $77,000 based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
