Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences at our locations in Westfield Valley Fair and Stanford Shopping Center.
Job Description:
The Customer Experience Specialist plays a critical role in delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include hosting clients and stakeholders, selling watches, accessories, and services, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Host clients and other stakeholders, providing personalized customer experiences
- Acknowledge and exceed sales targets for watches, accessories, and services
- Identify and create sales opportunities within and outside the boutique environment
- Broaden client relationships through constant CRM focus and attention
- Support these relationships through day-to-day activities
- Handle customer service requests and respective processes
- Maintain knowledge of products, partnerships, and industry trends
- Deliver exceptional client service and treatment
- Act as a brand ambassador in and out of the boutique
- Organize and execute operational tasks with care
- Maintain the boutique according to visual merchandising standards
Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or hospitality
- High emotional intelligence and general education
- Perfect understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience
- Strong selling skills and result-oriented approach
- Able to handle large diversity of tasks in a timely manner
- Open and outgoing personality
- Excellent communicator with ability to develop strong networks
- Fluent in local language and English and ideally one more relevant tourist language
Estimated Salary: $22-$25 per hour
